Building Manager - 014-PMS-BM-2025

Key of responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise daily building operations including housekeeping, security, engineering, maintenance, landscaping, parking, and tenant services to ensure safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency
  • To maintain, coordinate and supervise between departments in order to run building operation properly
  • To plan and develop management policies and their implementation related with the operation
  • To supervise technical and administrative of each department
  • To ensure all department duties and responsibilities are proper and accordingly
  • To mediate and provide solution between the interests of landlord and occupants
  • To coordinate and manage with the relevant parties such as projects, contractors, suppliers and other departments that support the estate operations such as IT, Finance, Purchasing, HR, etc.
  • To prepare the annual budget for building operation and maintenance
  • To control management operational costs effectively and efficiently
  • To build good relationship and communication with all tenants/occupants
  • To set up the association for building occupants
  • Possess experience in data processing and using property management software system

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree with any discipline, especially with engineering background
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written
  • Minimum 5 (Five) years experience in managing Mall, Office, or Apartment Buildings
  • Holder of professional qualification
  • Holder of Green Building Certification & other Professional Building Certifications will be preferable
  • Experience handling hand over and set up
  • Competent with Microsoft Office program (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Discipline and self-motivated, strong analytical and strategic skill
  • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-ssolving skills
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, resourceful, responsive, responsible and reliable
  • Willingness to work long hours (weekends/public holidays)
