Database Administration & Transaction - 020-PTM-DA-2025

Key of Responsibilities:

  • Perform end-to-end transaction activities for Branch/ATM renewal, relocation including but not limited to prepare all documentation required, negotiation process, approval submission, lease agreement process, monitor payment, lease documentation filing; and ensure that all activities carried out are in compliance with client’s policy
  • Maintain and update asset databases, records, and documentation for all client-owned or leased properties
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of data input, including lease terms, ownership status, renewal dates, and financial information
  • Prepare regular reports and summaries related to asset status and transactions
  • Coordinate document control and filing systems for physical and digital records
  • Act as a point of contact for communication and negotiation with landlords and property representatives
  • Assist in obtaining competitive and favorable terms for renewals, lease adjustments, or new transactions
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in asset management, administration, or real estate transactions
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and asset management software
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-oriented attitude
