Key of responsibilities:

• To assist in planning and preparing the budget for engineering division on site
• To conduct supervision or evaluation of each section/sub-division regarding the maintenance of each equipment in monthly, quarterly, semester, and yearly basis
• To develop and adhere to the preventive maintenance program schedule and update it as needed
• To support and supervise corrective maintenance for all sites
• To ensure up to date equipment maintenance logs, inventory, and update preventive maintenance manual quarterly
• To analyze the sustainability and energy saving program for electricity and water usage to be adapted with the operation at all sites
• To support in solving the problems that arise in operational terms or related to outsider
• To review preventive and corrective maintenance report
• To make and prepare Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) and ensure its maintenance and operational has been implemented/utilized properly
• To assist in controlling management operational costs effectively and efficiently as needed
• To monitor engineering team’s performance
• To monitor new tenants in fit out works
• To conduct other responsibilities related to operational continuity that is instructed by Leads Property

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical from a reputable university
• At least 5 years of experience as an Engineer in property management
• Certification or licensure in relevant trades (e.g., HSE/K3 Listrik/K3 Umum) preferred
• Strong technical expertise in building systems, equipment, and maintenance best practices
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Good team-working skills and strong leadership abilities
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong operational abilities, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
• Disciplined, integrated, and self-motivated
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Willingness to do extra miles to achieve targets
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
• Fluency in English, both oral and written, is an advantage
• Familiar with AutoCAD or SketchUp is preferable
