Research Analyst - 009-RSC-RA-2026

Key of Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze Indonesian commercial real estate markets (office, retail, industrial, residential).
• Provide periodic updates on property market performance and database (supply, demand, take-up, occupancy rate).
• Provide research insights and data support for advisory services and client decision-making.
• Assist in market and financial research to support project studies and proposals.
• Support business development by identifying new clients, and assist in creating proposals and presentations.
• Collaborate with senior analysts and consultants in delivering high-quality research outputs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Business, Real Estate, Urban Planning, Statistics, Economics, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in research, data analysis, or property-related roles (fresh graduates with strong internship experience are welcome).
• Strong research and marketing analysis background with proven analytical and strategic skills.
• Experience working with complex databases, data gathering, and interpretation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.
• Excellent English skill, both verbal and written.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and discipline.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with strong interest and passion for data, markets, and the property sector.
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with clients and stakeholders confidently.
