Job Description:
Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives
Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, reports, and records
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, packages, etc.)
Attend meetings and take accurate minutes
Maintain a filing system for data and confidential documents
Coordinate and support office events, meetings, and activities
Monitor and replenish office supplies
Act as a liaison between departments and external parties
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Secretary, Business Administration, Office Management, or related field is preferred
Minimum 1 of experience in administrative support
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
High proficiency in English both oral and written
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
Attention to detail and have good problem-solving skills
