Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, reports, and records.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, packages, etc.).
  • Attend meetings and take accurate minutes.
  • Maintain a filing system for data and confidential documents.
  • Coordinate and support office events, meetings, and activities.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies.
  • Act as a liaison between departments and external parties.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Secretary, Business Administration, Office Management, or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 1 of experience in administrative support.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • High proficiency in English both oral and written
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Attention to detail and have good problem-solving skills.
