Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, review, and update HSE policies, procedures, and programs in line with legal and industry standards.
• Lead risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections to identify hazards and enforce corrective actions.
• Oversee accident/incident investigations, root cause analysis, and ensure timely reporting and follow-up.
• Conduct and facilitate advanced HSE training sessions and workshops for employees and contractors.
• Monitor HSE performance metrics, prepare detailed reports, and present findings to senior management.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness, response plans, and drills.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior HSE personnel.
• Ensure compliance with local and international HSE laws and certifications.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate HSE considerations into business processes and projects.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety culture and environmental stewardship.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in HSE roles, preferably in property business.
• Relevant HSE certifications (Ahli K3 Umum (BNSP), Sertifikasi Kemnaker RI) strongly preferred.
• Proven experience in leading HSE programs and teams.
• Strong knowledge of national and international HSE regulations and standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze complex safety data and drive actionable solutions.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
