Key of Responsibilities:

  • Manage and record all operational financial transactions of the property (service charge, sinking fund, utilities, vendors, etc.).
  • Prepare monthly and annual property financial reports (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
  • Monitor and reconcile residents’/tenants’ accounts receivable.
  • Manage payments to vendors, contractors, and third parties in accordance with agreements.
  • Ensure accurate recording of operational costs, maintenance expenses, and management fees.
  • Conduct budgeting processes and control the realization of the property budget.
  • Manage tax administration (VAT & Income Tax) and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Coordinate with the property operational team regarding costs, invoices, and financial reports.
  • Prepare supporting data and documents for internal and external audit purposes.
  • Properly and systematically archive financial documents.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Financial Management.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Finance & Accounting (experience in property management is an advantage).
  • Strong understanding of the accounting cycle and financial reporting.
  • Knowledge of service charge, sinking fund, and property operational costs is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
  • Familiar with accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar systems).
  • Basic understanding of taxation (VAT & Income Tax).
  • Detail-oriented, accurate, and possessing good analytical skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work under deadlines.
